Refund Policy

All raffle entries are final and non-refundable. If a raffle is canceled for any reason, ticket holders will be refunded in full. Refunds are only issued in cases where lottery kicks cancels the raffle. No refunds will be given for participant withdrawal or dissatisfaction with the results. If an erroneous payment or duplicate entry occurs, customers must contact Lottery kicks within 24 hours for review. Refund eligibility will be determined at the company’s discretion.
